S/M-NRA blue eagle label (1933-1935)— Pale Yellow Rayon Dress with Flutter Sleeves
$315.00
A beautiful 1933-1935 pale yellow rayon crepe dress with a contrast neckline and flutter eyelet sleeves. The dress is constructed of several vertical panels in the skirt which creates a very flattering silhouette. The dress slips on over the head— no closures. The NRA was an economic program created under president FDR, but only ran from 1933-1935, which gives a solid window for when this dress was made.
