Edwardian- early 1910’s striped asymmetrical velvet coat with fur neckline, frog closures, and vibrant gold silk lining. The stripes are formed by the velvet being structured in opposite directions. There are oversized pointed cuffs, and a very fine fur trimmed neckline (most likely rabbit). The lining is a thick vibrant gold silk and has one interior ruffle-trimmed pocket on the right side. No brand label found.

Condition: very good antique condition, but there is some separation in the silk fabric along the back of the neck, the back hem, and inside the pocket.
